**Essence Studio & myself are on a sacred pause as of December 1, 2025 as my heart is whispering and inviting me to just be, to take time for my creative projects  and to honour the passing of my mom who passed Dec 2, 2024.**

**This is a sacred pause...not an ending. An invitation for many of us to take time for  a pause and to be.**

**I wish to thank all our incredible instructors who have been a part of the studio over the years & for each person who walked thru the studio door whether for an individual session or reading, class, workshop or event. It is because of you that we built an amazing community!**

**Good news! Our biweekly Heart to Heart live zoom calls will continue. Yahoo!

**Starting in January 2026, I am honoured to collaborate in a new space in Red Deer where I will be offering individual in person sessions & readings. As well there may be the possibilities of some classes. Location and further details to be announced at the beginning of the New Year.**
